SHIPPING & PRODUCTION POLICY
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Labels are sent with Australia Post on a tracking service. Shipping and handling costs start at $5.95 and your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
Larger orders or packages are sent via Sendle, our preferred parcel service.
Please allow 4-10 business days for delivery by Australia Post and 4-8 business days with Sendle. You will receive email updates once your order has been dispatched.
Order production time is a minimum 10 business days for your order to be dispatched from Labelist Co.
Please keep in mind, custom garments or orders, where the product to be labelled needs to be ordered through Labelist Co., will take longer.
If we are experiencing a high volume in orders, we will advertise the updated turnaround on the home page of our website.
You will be notified once your parcel is dispatched from Labelist Co. Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed and are at the control of Australia Post and Sendle.
We do everything we can to get your order to you on time, however delays may occur when demand is high. Labelist Co. are not liable for any loss or damage caused by Australia Post or Sendle or any delays caused by incorrect shipping information being entered. Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout once your cart is ready to proceed through the checkout process.
Can I request an Urgent Order?
If you require an urgent order you will need to select the “Jump The Queue” option when placing your order. This will see your order dispatched by Labelist Co. in up to 3 days. This service will incur an additional surcharge.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes we can ship small packages to PO boxes.
What do I do if it looks as though my package is damaged/items are missing or has been tampered with?
If your parcel looks to have been opened or tampered with, please contact your local Post Office and log an enquiry. Labelist Co. are not responsible for the loss or damage of any item due to transit.
