Refund policy

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges as all of our labels are individually designed, prepared and produced for you, so we ask that you please take care and double check your orders before submitting as we are unable to provide returns or refunds for a change of mind or mistakes.

What if my item is faulty? 

If your order arrives damaged or faulty (not due to transit) please contact us immediately with all order details along with a description and images of the damaged items. Labelist Co. will then assess the items and consider the best way to rectify this for you.

Do you have a warranty on your Labels?

At Labelist Co. we pride ourselves on providing quality products. Our products are covered for 14 days following receipt of your order. During this period, you can contact us and we will work with you to provide a solution.

We do not cover damage from incorrect application, everyday use or misuse after that period.

Can I Amend or Cancel my order once submitted online?

Once an order has been committed on the website it cannot be amended, altered or cancelled. This is mainly to avoid any confusion or delay with your order. If you have incorrectly spelt a name, please email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to rectify it for you.
